Warranty Information

All products sold by Perfect Balance Rowing PTY LTD (PBR) are warrantied by their manufacturer for manufacturing defects.  We at PBR have been very careful to choose the products we sell and have explicit agreements with our suppliers that includes ensuring all products supplied will enhance the reputation of their brand and ours.

Please note that rowing equipment needs to be cared for.  Damage to equipment or failure to properly maintain equipment may impact on or impede entirely our ability to support your warranty claim with the manufacturer.  We are happy to support and guide you inthe maintenance of your equipment.  Please contact us.

PBR staff will always assist with any warranty issues.  In addition an implied warranty exists under Australian Consumer Law:

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), consumers are entitled to certain guarantees and protections when it comes to the purchase of goods and services. The ACL provides guarantees that the goods are of acceptable quality, fit for a particular purpose, match their description, and have been appropriately tested and inspected before being sold.
